  13. I want to write a program that places a small toolbar on the screen and
  14. always makes it stay on top, no matter what the user opens.  this is
  15. similar to the PC world's Microsoft Office Toolbar where you can launch
  16. apps, etc.  However, it is always visible.  Any hints or tips in asm, AMOS,
  17. Blitz would be welcomed.
